Comprehensive business performance view from multiple angles
Multi-segment profitability reporting. How will the performance looks like if we want to see it from product’s perspective? Which products are losing money and which products are generating gains? How about our customers? Will all customer segmentations we are served providing profitability for the business? Which customer’s segments that still have strategic potential and which ones are not? How do we allocate costs and what kind of drivers should be used to dynamically allocate supporting units’ expenses to business units or product or customer’s segment in order to provide those profitability reports?
